Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026. This policy applies to purchases placed through the AURELIA United States storefront. Product-specific terms and any charges clearly shown at checkout or in the order confirmation form part of the applicable order terms.
Information customers provide
AURELIA may collect information entered into checkout, account, contact, return or tracking forms, including name, email, phone number, delivery address, order information and customer-service communications.
Payment information
Raw card numbers and card security codes are intended to be handled by PCI-compliant hosted payment services. AURELIA does not intentionally store raw card data in ordinary website storage.
Order and transaction data
When payments are enabled, AURELIA may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, fraud-screening results, refund status and limited payment-method metadata needed to manage an order.
How information is used
Information may be used to process orders, provide delivery, handle returns and warranty requests, prevent fraud, maintain account security, answer support requests, improve the storefront and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Service providers
Necessary information may be shared with payment processors, fulfillment partners, carriers, fraud-prevention services, hosting providers and other vendors that perform services for the store, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
Cookies and local storage
The storefront may use cookies or browser storage for essential functions such as cart persistence, preferences and security. Analytics or advertising technologies will not be added unless separately configured and disclosed. No advertising section is included in the current site.
Data retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual commitments, dispute handling, fraud prevention, tax/accounting requirements and other legal obligations.
Security
AURELIA will use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No internet service can promise absolute security, so payment credentials should remain within the secure hosted payment service.
Customer choices
Customers may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, subject to identity verification and legal retention obligations. Marketing preferences, if marketing is introduced later, will include an appropriate opt-out method.
Children
The storefront is intended for adults making retail purchases and is not directed to children. AURELIA does not knowingly seek personal information from children for independent account creation.
United States privacy rights
Depending on residence and applicable state law, customers may have additional rights regarding access, correction, deletion or use of personal information. Requests can be submitted through Customer Care.
Policy updates
Material privacy changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where required, additional notice. Connected payment and service providers will be identified when their processing is used by the storefront.
